Our Story

Every Barka begins with a simple belief: the things that make us different are often the things that make us special.

With their blue eyes, pink noses, and unique personalities, the Barkadoodles were designed to feel a little different from the crowd. Just like the dogs and people we love most, they are not meant to be perfect. They are meant to be themselves.

Barka was created by a lifelong animal lover who wanted to capture the comfort, friendship, and imagination that animals bring into our lives. Whether it is a road trip, bedtime story, quiet afternoon, or a big adventure, every Barka is designed to be a friend you can take wherever life leads.

Play Time Not Screen Time™ is one of the ideas that inspires everything we do. We believe childhood should be filled with moments of imagination, creativity, laughter, and connection. Sometimes the best memories begin when families choose to PAWS the Screen™, put the devices down for a little while, and simply spend time together.

We are not trying to replace technology. We simply hope to create more moments that bring people together through play. Whether it is a Barkadoodle or another favorite toy, stories come to life when imagination takes over, and those moments often become the memories that last a lifetime.
